Gift Gali – Return & Replacement Policy

At Gift Gali, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As we deal in delicate and handcrafted products, we follow a strict no return, no refund policy. However, we do provide a replacement option under specific conditions mentioned below.

Replacement Condition and Time Frame

We offer replacement only in the following case:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To process a replacement:

  1. Share a video clearly showing the defect/breakage of the product.
  2. Send the video via WhatsApp on +91 9310612615 or submit your request via the GiftGali.in website.
  3. Our support team will verify and respond within 1–2 working days.
  4. Once approved, we’ll schedule the pickup of the damaged product and deliver a replacement at no extra cost.

Note: Replacements are not issued for reasons like change of mind after delivery or minor variation in product finish/hand-painting, as these are handmade products.

Replacement Delivery Time

  • After your replacement request, Our support team will verify and respond within 1–2 working days.
  • Once we confirmed the order for replacement. It takes 5 to 10 working days to deliver your replacement order.

Pre-Dispatch Product Confirmation

  • Before your order is shipped, our team will share a product video for your reference and final confirmation.
  • Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not applicable.

Refund Condition and Time Frame

  • We offer 100% refund only If order cancelled by our side.
  • We will process the refund within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Once we initiate the refund it will take 7 to 15 working days to reflect in your account.

Important Notes:

  • Replacement requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
  • Replacement will be provided only once per order.
  • Customers are required to keep the original packaging intact until the replacement is completed.
  • No refund after order confirmed, dispatched or delivered.
